BWAB-Sovereign Energy Group LLC (“BSEG”) is a Denver-based independent energy company engaged in the evaluation, acquisition, operation, and development of strategic, high growth energy projects. We hold working interests in 1,800-2,000 wells throughout the U.S. with a concentration on developing proven and producing oil and gas plays in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions.

BSEG is focused primarily on reserve acquisitions, enhancements to production, and development drilling both on extending nearby oil and gas production (conventional and unconventional) and on the exploitation of acquired properties. We target projects that we believe provide the opportunity for repeatable success and meaningful production and reserve growth.
